When an essential technology employee left his mid-sized company, he left the IT department in a lurch. With little documentation of what was implemented, day to day operations became difficult. STEP UP came in and temporarily took over. We began by quickly assessing the situation and doing triage. Next, we began cleanup, stabilization and ultimately, documentation and knowledge transfer.

We were able to quickly uncover the issues, salvage what we could and correct areas that needed improvement while instituting best practices throughout. We concluded the project with thorough documentation, so our client was able to resume ongoing technical maintenance and support.
