A client recently went live with SAP. Faced with users new to the system and an IT support team new to SAP software, the company needed help educating users and employees, along with completing work.
STEP UP was brought in to fill open IT positions with senior-level resources to both get work done and as well as mentor the client’s staff.
Our team worked closely with the organization to fix and improve existing programs such as International Taxation. In addition, we educated and trained end users and the IT staff. We began by competing some processes that weren’t fully implemented by the client’s integration partner. Next, we worked through the open items list that occur during a major rollout.
